Recent weeks, we are honored to meet with Mr. Juan and Mr. Aldo from FGF Trapani of Argentina, and Mr. Cardoso and Mr. Filho from Cutrale of Brazil in our office.
1.FGF Trapani
FGF Trapani of Argentina ranks top 3 in the field of lemon fruits, and top 5 in lemon juice, lemon oil and other by-products.

According to Mr. Aldo, the price of fresh lemon fruits has been declining for the past three years. Compared with the whole international market, the price of fresh lemon fruit and by-products is not expected to change much in the second half of this year.
2.Cutrale
On Aug 28th, 2019, We met with two leaders of Cutrale Asia-Pacific region and had an in-depth exchange of information on the global citrus market and further cooperation with each other.
Founded on 1967, Cutrale is a completely Brazilian company that has established itself in the citrus cultivate over the decades.And it is specialized in each segment, from the formation of seedlings, planting, processing of juices, by -products, to the final delivery to global market, with the highest quality.
During the harvest season, about 18,000 employees will serve in agricultural, industrial and administrative centers. Cutrale is now one of the three largest citrus and by-products companies in the world.
Mr. Cardoso and Mr. Filho
Mr. Cardoso ( right one ) , 75 years old , has been working in citrus and by-products field for 52 years, making great contributions to the citrus industry all over the world. Mr Filho ( left one) is a promising, modest and friendly young man.

Mr. Filo mentioned that Cutrale has 48 farms in Brazil, planting 25million citrus trees. The output of oranges is up to 38 million boxes this year, which is a good crop better than last one. Our cooperation is mainly focus on Orange Oil and D - limonene. Mr. Cardoso said that they’d like to introduce us new products of citrus natural flavors. For example, there is Distilled Orange Oil distilled from “yellow water ”, the aldehyde of which is 1.1%. If possible, it will introduced to Chinese market by us.

After communication, we showed our Technology Marketing Center and Lab to Mr. Cardoso and Mr. Filho.
Mr. Cardoso is a man who is humorous and has passion for life. He decided to take the seeds of longan back to Brazil and to pant them in his garden, because few longan from our country are exported to Brazil, he didn’t have it in his lifetime.

Our communication goes very smoothly. At present, the gloabl supply and demand of citrus products is stable, the market is declining, and the overall international economic situation is relatively cold.
Cutrale and Shanghai Citrus will help and support each other in such situation. Also, they said that they’d like to further support Shanghai Citrus in future cooperation.
3. Conclution
