Characteristics: yellow to yellow-green liquid with red volatile oils. Wax formed during preservation. Typical fresh grapefruit aroma,  
Solubility: soluble in most volatile oils and mineral oils, and slightly soluble in propylene glycol but insoluble in glycerol.

Storage Conditions:

Package: Iron barrel lined with epoxy resin and filled with inert gas.
Preservation: Packaged products (closed top steel drums) should be kept at room temperature (25°C) in covered areas to avoid sunlight. Bulk products should be stored in stainless steel tanks with inner coating at room temperature (25°C).

Production and Application:

Application: Edible fragrance permitted. Mainly used for food flavoring especially beverage essence, also applied in cheap aromatic cosmetics and other daily fragrance and tobacco chemical fragrance.
